Judge Kennedy became licensed to practice law in 1977, and was appointed by Governor Phil Bredesen as the Davidson County Seventh Circuit Probate Judge in November of 2003. A lifelong resident of Nashville, Judge Kennedy started his law practice in the Music City suburban community of Hermitage more than 28 years ago. Education: Donelson High School, 1968, Middle Tennessee State University, B.S. Business Administration, 1972, Nashville School of Law, 1977 Doctor of Jurisprudence. Memberships: Judge Kennedy is a member of the Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Tennessee Bar Association (TBA), Nashville Bar Foundation, Past Chairman General Practice Section, TBA, Past President and current member of the Donelson/Hermitage Chamber of Commerce, President's Advisory Council for MTSU, Former member of the Charter Revision Commission, Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County, former member of Metropolitan Council representing 13th District. Judge Kennedy is married to Debbie Kennedy and is the father of two children, the eldest of which, David Kennedy, Jr. is an attorney with Kennedy & Brown.

A lifelong resident of Nashville, Jack was licensed to practice law in 1993. He is admitted to practice before all Tennessee State and Federal trial courts. He has been in the private practice of law with the office of Kennedy & Brown, located in Hermitage, Tennessee since his admission to the Bar. Education: Montgomery Bell Academy, 1985. Southern Methodist University, 1989, B.A. in political science, Memphis State University School of Law, 1993 Juris Doctor. Practice Areas: Jack's general practice of law focuses upon civil and criminal litigation and includes personal injury litigation, workers compensation, family law, wills and estates. Memberships: Jack is a member of the Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association. Jack was a charter member and past president of the Hermitage-Old Hickory Lions Club, and is currently a member of the Donelson Lions Club and the Donelson Hermitage Chamber of Commerce. Jack currently serves as Davidson County Democratic Executive Committeeman for the 25th Councilmanic District, and is regional co-chair for Region V. Jack is also a member and attorney for the Whites Creek Community Club. He married Attorney Cindy Chappell in September, 1996, and is the father of one child, Jackson.

David became licensed to practice law in 1996 and is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Tennessee. A lifelong resident of Nashville, David started his law practice with his father Randy Kennedy and his associate Jack Brown that same year at their Hermitage office. Education: Father Ryan High School, 1987, Kentucky Wesleyan College, B.A. English, 1992, University of Tennessee School of Law, 1996, Doctor of Jurisprudence. Practice Areas:David's general practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation and includes personal injury litigation, workers compensation, family law, wills and estates, and collections. RALPH “AL” OWEN FRAZIER, JR.

Al became licensed to practice law in 2000, and is admitted to practice before all Tennessee State and Federal trial courts. Born and raised in Dickson, Tennessee, Al began his legal career specializing in Family Law with the law firm of Bill Easterly & Associates, P.C. in Nashville, Tennessee. In October of 2002, Al established the Law Office of Al Frazier in Downtown Nashville, expanding his law practice to represent members of the Nashville business community and civil litigation including Tennessee Consumer Protection Act violations and workers compensation clients. In May of 2005, Al associated with Kennedy and Brown, PLLC, and continues to serve citizens of Nashville and surrounding counties in the areas of civil and criminal litigation, civil and criminal appeals, family law, probate law, and business representation. Al is a published author of articles on family law issues with the Nashville Bar Journal, and frequently lectures on family law issues for Continuing Legal Education. Education: Dickson County Senior High School, 1990; University of Tennessee at Martin, B.A. English, 1995, Nashville School of Law, Doctor of Jurisprudence, 2000.
