In 1993, Jack Brown joined established practitioner Randy Kennedy in representing clients throughout Nashville and surrounding cities. With the addition of David Kennedy, Jr., Kennedy & Brown became the largest association of Attorneys in the Donelson/Hermitage Community. In November of 2003, Governor Phil Bredesen appointed Randy Kennedy Judge of the Seventh Circuit Probate Court of Davidson County. In June of 2004, Jack Brown and David Kennedy formed Kennedy and Brown, PLLC. In May of 2005, the law firm associated with Al Frazier, an established downtown practitioner, expanding the legal services that the firm continues to provide for the community. Over the years, Kennedy & Brown, PLLC has successfully tried lawsuits throughout Middle Tennessee. They have had the privilege of helping thousands of individuals and families face their legal challenges.
